- 特獎領獎方式與期限：本公司將主動以電話聯繫特獎中獎者。
中獎者須於 115/4/9(四)前，攜帶中獎之《金馬吉卡》正本至任一小北百貨門市辦理兌獎手續。
逾期未完成領獎流程者，視同放棄中獎資格，兌獎無效。
- 《金馬吉卡》各聯兌獎期限：
會員限定【登錄聯】兌換登錄期限為 115/2/6(五)至 115/3/14(六)。
【即刮即中】兌換期限為 115/2/6(五)至 115/3/12(四)。
【發財金】兌換期限為 115/2/6(五)至 115/3/12(四)。
【線上購物金】兌換期限為 115/2/6(五)至 115/3/31(二)。
各獎項須於期限內至任一小北百貨門市完成兌獎手續；逾期、遺失或毀損者視同放棄，兌獎無效。
- 《發財金》使用規則：
限下一筆交易一次使用，不限消費金額皆可折抵，不折現、不找零。
不得折抵菸品、酒類、米、蛋、奶、免稅商品、代售商品、點數卡、行銷檔期活動商品等，及訂金、運費、維修費、雙北市政府專用垃圾袋等非商品項目。
- 《線上購物金》使用規則：
僅限小北百貨線上購物使用，全館不限金額皆可使用乙張，限使用乙次，並須於活動期間內使用完畢。
於使用後即失效，恕不補發。
- 獎品說明：
獎品圖片僅供參考，實際包裝、顏色、款式以門市現場為準。
獎品恕不接受兌換等值商品或加價購買。
請得獎者於現場確認商品；後續維修／保固依原廠規定辦理，如因個人需求衍生費用(含安裝等)，由中獎者自行負擔。
- 寄送與缺貨處理：
獎品寄送地址限台灣本島地區；無電梯者僅配送至 1 樓。
如發生退貨／換貨，主辦單位保留追回原獎品之權利。
因不可抗力致缺貨或無法提供原獎品時，主辦單位得以等值或同性質獎品替代。
偏遠地區、山區或離島等特殊配送情形如需額外費用，由中獎者自行負擔。
- 稅務與領獎資格：
中獎者須先繳付依法應代扣繳之所得稅：本國人 10%；外國人及境內居住未滿 183 天之本國人 20%。不願配合者視同放棄中獎資格。
依所得稅法規定：獎項價值超過1,000元(含)須提供身分證正反面影本；超過20,000元(含)須另繳 10% 中獎稅。外籍人士不論金額均須繳交 20% 中獎稅及居留證影本。
中獎者須年滿 18 歲；未滿 18 歲者需由法定代理人簽章並提供相關證明文件或陪同辦理。
- 活動宣傳授權：
中獎者同意配合本活動合理宣傳需求，授權本公司得拍攝、錄影及使用中獎者肖像於各式線上／線下宣傳媒體。若無法配合者，視同放棄中獎資格。
- 退換貨處理：
若原交易退換貨後，新交易金額未達贈卡門檻或條件，中獎者須一併返還《金馬吉卡》及已兌領獎品／購物金，否則視為退換貨不完全，恕無法辦理。
- 《金馬吉卡》效力：
如經塗改、變造、遺失或破損致無法辨識，本公司有權判定無效，恕不補發，持卡者不得異議。
- 中獎權利限制：
本活動為機會中獎，中獎資格不得轉讓，亦不得要求折換現金或變更為其他商品。
- 《100 萬購車金》兌獎規則：
僅限購買全新出廠汽車(不限廠牌、車款、車種)，購車數量上限 1 台。
中獎者可自由選配升級；如總車價超出購車金上限 100 萬元(含稅)，超出部分由中獎者自行負擔並於交車前繳清。
領獎後車輛之使用、維護及相關瑕疵擔保責任由中獎者與車廠依原廠規定辦理，主辦單位不負擔保固責任。購車金不得轉讓／不補差額。
中獎者與領牌者須為同一人，不得轉讓。
若實際車價與選配總額未達 100 萬元，差額不退現、不折抵其他消費。
- 購車相關費用：
保險、牌照、燃料稅、領牌／登記移轉費、所得稅／扣繳稅額及其他個人需求費用，均由中獎者自行負擔。

- How to Participate
Spend NT$588 or more in a single transaction and receive one (1) Golden Lucky Card.
One additional card will be given for every additional NT$588 spent.
The maximum number of cards per transaction depends on each store’s available card supply.
All discounts, point redemptions, and promotions will be applied first.
Only transactions with a final payment amount of NT$588 or more after discounts qualify.
Golden Lucky Cards are available while supplies last.
- Items Not Included in Spending Threshold
Tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, rice, eggs, milk, duty-free items, consignment items, stored-value or point cards, and non-merchandise items such as deposits, shipping fees, repair fees, photocopying fees, and Taipei/New Taipei City government-designated garbage bags.
- Card Issuance & Redemption Rules
Golden Lucky Cards are issued per single receipt and may not be combined across receipts.
Each Golden Lucky Card and its prizes may be redeemed once only.
Cards that are redeemed, altered, damaged, or cannot be identified will be considered invalid and will not be reissued.
- Grand Prize Drawing & Announcement
This lucky draw registration is open to SHOWBA members only.
The Grand Prize draw will take place on March 26, 2026.
Winners will be announced on March 27, 2026 at all SHOWBA stores, on the official website, and on SHOWBA’s official Facebook page.
- Grand Prize Redemption
SHOWBA will contact Grand Prize winners by phone.
Winners must bring the original winning Golden Lucky Card to any SHOWBA store and complete prize redemption by April 9, 2026.
Failure to redeem within the deadline will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.

All prizes must be redeemed within the stated periods at any SHOWBA store. Expired, lost, or damaged cards will not be accepted.
- Fortune Cash Usage
Fortune Cash may be used once on your next purchase with no minimum spending requirement.
It cannot be exchanged for cash or change and cannot be used on excluded items listed above.
- Online Shopping Credit Usage
Valid only on the SHOWBA Online Store.
One credit may be used per transaction with no minimum purchase requirement and is valid for one-time use only.
The credit must be used within the promotion period and will become invalid after use.
- Prize Information
Product images are for reference only. Actual items are subject to in-store availability.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Please check prizes upon receipt. Warranty and repair services follow manufacturer policies.
- Delivery & Availability
Prize delivery is limited to Taiwan’s main island. Locations without elevators will receive delivery to the first floor only.
If a prize is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, SHOWBA may provide a substitute prize of equal value.
- Taxes & Eligibility
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes required by law.
Winners must be at least 18 years old. Winners under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Promotion Use Authorization
Winners agree to allow SHOWBA to use photos or videos taken during prize redemption for promotional purposes.
- Returns & Exchanges
If a purchase is returned or exchanged and no longer meets the promotion requirements, the Golden Lucky Card and any redeemed prizes or credits must be returned.
- Card Validity
Golden Lucky Cards that are altered, lost, or damaged will be considered invalid and will not be reissued.
- Prize Restrictions
Prizes are awarded by chance and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted.
- NT$1,000,000 Car Purchase Credit
The prize may be used toward the purchase of one brand-new vehicle of any brand or model.
If the total vehicle price exceeds NT$1,000,000, the difference must be paid by the winner.
The prize is non-transferable. Any unused balance will not be refunded.
- Additional Vehicle Costs
Insurance, registration fees, taxes, and any additional personal expenses related to the vehicle purchase are the responsibility of the winner.
- Redemption Deadline
The NT$1,000,000 Car Purchase Credit must be redeemed in a single transaction, and vehicle delivery must be completed by June 30, 2026.
